About The Position

The Deviations Investigator I performs preliminary investigations for assigned tasks, including interviewing relevant personnel, reviewing documents and supporting materials, and interpreting relevant test results or independent reports. The role identifies preliminary impact and collaborates with Quality counterparts to triage nonconformance events. The investigator assigns root cause and final impact, provides commitment dates for assigned tasks, and assesses root cause with recommendations for corrective and/or preventative action. The position also involves maintaining the performance rating defined by area management, preparing and delivering training related to assigned investigations, completing Corrective Action assignments, and performing Corrective Action or Preventative Action Effectiveness Checks.
