About The Position

Wall Residences is seeking a Developmental Disability Services Program Manager for the Richmond, Virginia and surrounding areas. This is a hybrid position with some flexibility, requiring internet access and space for a home office. The role involves developing supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff, individuals receiving services, and their families. The Program Manager will manage a caseload of Sponsored Residential and Hybrid Group Homes, requiring multitasking, prioritization, and excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of Licensure/Medicaid requirements and best practices in compliance is essential, along with the ability to review and assess service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
  • Experience in Person-Centered Service Development.
  • Clinical background.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Internet access required.

  • Active driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Criminal background check with acceptable results.
  • Excellent references.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD).
  • Two years' experience supervising employees.
