About The Position

LatinoJustice PRLDEF (LJP) is seeking a Part-Time Temp Development Coordinator for its Development Department. This role will focus on increasing organizational revenue from individual sources through discreet projects involving research, writing, data management, and event planning. The Development Coordinator will work with staff on projects such as researching donor information, maintaining the donor database by cleaning, verifying, and updating records, and assisting with the design and build-out of a monthly sustainer program for individual giving. This includes creating print, email, and social media outreach to encourage monthly donations and supporting additional annual fund projects. LJP is a civil rights and social justice organization with a history of protecting and advancing the rights of Latinx and other communities of color.

Requirements

• Proficiency with development tools, software, Microsoft Office, and CRMs, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, DonorPerfect or similar programs, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in database management and outreach.
• Strong ability to multitask, collaborate and respond quickly, appropriately, and with precision.
• Ability to perform duties with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and initiative to meet organizational goals
