The Development Coordinator strengthens ChicagoCAC’s fundraising capacity by ensuring the accuracy, usability, and strategic value of the organization’s donor database. This position plays a key role in optimizing data systems, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and advancing solutions that support high-performing fundraising operations. Success in this role looks like: A clean, reliable CRM that supports timely reporting, donor insights, and strategic fundraising decisions. Proactive identification of workflow challenges and implementation of creative, sustainable improvements. Consistent delivery of high-quality, detail‑oriented work. Strong collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure systems are accessible, accurate, and aligned across teams.
