About The Position

At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. As our Development and Sales Analyst, you will be the operational backbone and data-driven engine behind our sales and development teams, translating complex information into clear, actionable support that drives meaningful client conversations and project success. You will be the architect of organization and accuracy, ensuring our CRM sings, our contracts are flawless, and our sales teams have the tools they need to create unforgettable experiences. This role is perfect for a professional who is equal parts analytical problem-solver, detail guardian, and proactive partner. You will take ownership of the entire sales and development support ecosystem—from managing Zoho CRM workflows and transaction documentation to maintaining our central file repository and crafting polished client-facing materials—always acting with precision, initiative, and a service-first mindset. You will partner closely with the Chief Development Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and VP of Development, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring information flows seamlessly across teams and digital systems. If you thrive in a dynamic, mountain-town environment where no two days are the same, are driven by a desire to enable others’ success, and find deep satisfaction in knowing you played a part in turning a prospect into an owner or a vision into a reality, we’d love to meet you.
