Developing Investors Student Experience Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
The Developing Investors Student Experience (DISE) is a paid internship designed to help rising college juniors develop critical skills for a career in the Asset Management industry. Participants will be part of a cohort that brings unique perspectives to Fidelity’s Asset Management division. The program includes technical and industry skills training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities across various asset classes such as Equity, Fixed Income, High Income & Alternatives, Direct Lending, and Strategic Advisers. This experience aims to provide interns with the foundational knowledge needed for a successful career. Upon completion, successful interns may have the opportunity to explore junior internship roles within Asset Management.
Requirements
- Class of 2029 sophomores from U.S. accredited four-year colleges or universities
- Strong dedication to academic excellence and professional growth
- Proven leadership/initiative in their academic and extracurricular pursuits
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to think analytically
- High motivation and independent thinking
- Outstanding academic performance
