About The Position

Academy Sports + Outdoors is offering a dynamic 10-week internship program designed to provide real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Interns will work on meaningful projects that directly impact the business, supporting various departments such as finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. Requirements

• Junior or Senior status at an accredited college or university
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of internship
• Degree plan aligned with your internship focus area
• Record of strong academic performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges
• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
