Developing Investors Student Experience Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
The Developing Investors Student Experience (DISE) is a paid internship designed to help rising college juniors develop critical skills for a career in the Asset Management industry. Participants will engage in technical and industry skills training, gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and participate in networking opportunities within Fidelity’s Asset Management division. Interns will learn and develop alongside investment professionals across various asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, High Income & Alternatives, Direct Lending, and Strategic Advisers. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding for building a successful career in Asset Management. Successful interns may have the opportunity to explore junior internship roles in Asset Management upon completion of the program.
Requirements
- Class of 2029 sophomores from U.S. accredited four-year colleges or universities
- Strong dedication to academic excellence and professional growth
- Proven leadership/initiative in their academic and extracurricular pursuits
