Detailer/Lot Attendant
About The Position
Superior Auto, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated Detailer/Lot Attendant to help keep vehicles clean and customer-ready, maintain the dealership lot, and support dealership operations. The role involves completing a 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles, evaluating vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs, and communicating concerns. The attendant also maintains detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas; follows company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines; and assists the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with company guidelines. Additional duties include seasonal lot maintenance such as snow removal and lawn care, and supporting other dealership activities and team members as needed. The position includes a 40-hour work week. Listed hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; and Sunday closed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the dealership team.
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last three years.

Responsibilities
