About The Position

The Detail Associate delivers excellent service to customers through positive interactions and by helping answer questions. The role maintains a clean and organized workplace and provides quality detailing services according to company training and standard guidelines. Duties include cleaning and washing vehicle interiors and exteriors, vacuuming loose dirt and debris, cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other interior surfaces with appropriate products and devices, and applying revitalizers, preservation products, and spot- and stain-resistant treatments to protect interior components. The associate must be available for potential opening and/or closing shifts and perform other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager.

Requirements

Be a team player.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Be able to stand for long periods of time.
Be detail-oriented.
Have a current valid driver's license and an insurability rating.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to perform the stated physical duties, including occasionally lifting or exerting force up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide vehicle-detailing services in accordance with company training and standard guidelines.
Clean and wash customer vehicle interiors and exteriors.
Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove loose dirt and debris.
Clean upholstery, rugs, and other interior surfaces using cleaning products and devices.
Apply revitalizer and preservation products to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals.
Be available for potential opening and/or closing shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager.
