About The Position

The Virtual Destination Wedding Specialist helps couples plan destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel at locations around the world, including all-inclusive beach resorts and luxury villas. The role involves researching venues, wedding packages, and travel logistics; coordinating travel arrangements; communicating with suppliers and resort brands; and providing virtual customer service. The position offers certified training, mentorship, supplier access, and booking tools. No prior experience is required. The role is available part-time or full-time and is 100% remote for U.S.-based workers.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
Be comfortable working independently and virtually.
Be detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused.

Passion for travel, weddings, or event planning.
Travel industry experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Help couples plan destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel.
Research venues, packages, and travel logistics based on client needs.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
Communicate with suppliers and resort brands.
Stay updated on resort trends, FAM trips, and promotional offers.
Provide virtual customer service by phone, email, or Zoom.
Use provided tools, CRM, and booking portals to manage client journeys.
Participate in optional live and on-demand training sessions.
