About The Position
True Adventure Travel is seeking a remote Destination Specialist to design and organize customized travel itineraries. The specialist will work with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, then use destination knowledge and research to create personalized travel plans. The role includes supporting clients before, during, and after their trips and coordinating with the team to improve the company’s services and offerings.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, special requests, and requirements.
- Research destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Create detailed, personalized itineraries, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after clients’ trips.
- Stay current on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve services and offerings.
- Handle issues or emergencies that arise during a client’s trip.
