About The Position

Responsibilities include Imaging, deploying, supporting both desktop/laptop computers, asset management of these devices. They are the final line of support for all tech issues and must be able to work as a team to solve issues as they arise. They will also respond in a timely manner to general incident tickets for end user-related support issues regarding Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems.

Requirements

• Familiarity with desktop, hardware, support, active directory, windows, technical support, imaging, deployment, printers, troubleshooting, office 365, microsoft office, windows 10, customer service, o365, outlook, desktop hardware, phone support, hardware support
