About The Position

IT Desktop Support Technician Are you looking to build your IT career in an environment where technology plays a critical role every day? We're seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to support a large healthcare organization undergoing exciting technology upgrades and modernization projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT initiatives, including hardware refreshes, Windows deployments, endpoint management, identity access solutions, virtualization technologies, and end-user support.

Requirements

Experience supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 environments
Working knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience with desktop support, hardware deployments, and device imaging
Familiarity with printer installation, drivers, and troubleshooting
Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Support laptop replacement and deployment projects across multiple locations
Assist with upcoming technology initiatives, including workstation upgrades and Imprivata implementations
Image, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows devices and peripherals
Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, and related equipment
Manage user and computer accounts within Active Directory
Support virtual desktop (VDI) and Citrix environments
Provide remote support using Bomgar/BeyondTrust
Assist with asset management, inventory tracking, equipment ordering, and device shipping
Approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to project-based work, with the remaining 25% focused on troubleshooting, break/fix support, and service requests.
