Requirements

  • Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Windows 10 experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
  • Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
  • Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
