About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support in a corporate IT environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting core Microsoft technologies, and documenting solutions to enhance the organization’s knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of corporate IT support experience in a desktop support or helpdesk environment
  • Strong experience with Active Directory and Office 365 support
  • Proven ability to document ticket details and create knowledge base articles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 desktop support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and support Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Accurately document ticket details, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps within the ITSM system
  • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles to improve self-service and team efficiency
  • Deliver excellent customer service while communicating effectively with non-technical users
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
