Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Utilize ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Support Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI), Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, and printer support (HP, Canon, and Toshiba).
