About The Position

We are currently looking for great technicians to help support a life cycle refresh upgrade project for enterprise wide for technology hardware. General technical competency is important. Equally important is someone who is customer service focused, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability. The technical process for upgrading devices for LCR (lifecycle refresh) can be taught. We are looking for tech-minded individuals with great soft skills. In addition to the typical ask for LCR (Computers) we are going to be interacting with other technology types. (Altus Carts, Zebra Printers, iPhones).

  • Support a life cycle refresh upgrade project for enterprise-wide technology hardware.
  • Interact with various technology types including Altus Carts, Zebra Printers, and iPhones.
