About The Position
This is a part-time, 18-hour per week contract position for a Desktop Support Technician. The role involves supporting a logistics company for pharmaceuticals, focusing on imaging computers for temporary workers. The technician will be the primary onsite support, responsible for desktop troubleshooting and Microsoft Intune imaging. The support team is based remotely in India, so the candidate must be able to work autonomously on-site. Basic office troubleshooting, printer maintenance, and general hardware support are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune Imaging.
- Proficiency in Desktop support and Windows 10.
- Experience with imaging.
- Ability to work independently on-site.
- Basic office troubleshooting skills.
- Hardware troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Desktop Support & Hardware Troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and general hardware issues.
- Perform Microsoft Intune Imaging.
- Handle basic office troubleshooting.
- Fix printers and perform paper fills.
- Conduct all hardware troubleshooting.
- Interact with the support team in India.
