About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive support for Windows OS 11 and the Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment, with direct end-user interaction. The position requires maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and adding hardware, assisting with large IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) events, and documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems. The role also involves supporting and maintaining user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups, as well as training employees. Additionally, it requires identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures, ordering and replacing parts as needed, and recommending products or services that best fit customer needs. Experience with imaging and image recovery, break/fix repairs on desktops and laptops, installing/re-installing software packages and updates, and supporting Wi-Fi and VPN connections are essential. Excellent customer service skills are a must.

Requirements

  • Support of Windows OS 11 /Microsoft Office Suite in an enterprise environment with direct interactions with the end user.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Desktop and Network Support: Ability to setup, configure and add all hardware.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
  • Imaging and image recovery: Experience doing break / fix repairs on desktops, laptops.
  • Install / Re-install various software packages and updates.
  • Wi-Fi and VPN connections; Support of wireless devices.
  • GREAT Customer Service skills.
