About The Position

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues impacting employees. Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA, supporting both on-site and remote users.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • Assist with system deployments, imaging, and hardware refreshes
  • Maintain asset records and update documentation
