Our client is looking for a Deskside Support Technician to join their team that will be responsible for providing daily hardware support to end users for PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers. Position is also responsible for daily software support including operating systems and applications running on devices. This position will be support for internal end-users and handles all requests related to Windows/PC issues, Microsoft Office, Group Policies, Active Directory, VPN/networking, setting up devices with applications, and Exchange.
