About The Position
Trident Consulting is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for one of our clients in Atlanta, GA. This client is a global leader in business and technology services. The role requires white glove support and involves standard desktop/laptop support, including hardware troubleshooting, monitors, and cabling. The position is onsite in Atlanta, GA and is a contract role.
Requirements
- Strong Windows desktop and endpoint support expertise
- Multi-monitor and high-performance workstation setup
- Basic infrastructure knowledge: Active Directory, VPN, Networking, Citrix/VDI
- 2–4 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Bloomberg exposure (support only, not building)
- Trade floor experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Provide white glove support.
