This role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows-based computers and peripheral devices, as well as all business applications. The Desktop Support Engineer will assist in responding to and mitigating security incidents, contribute to the design of desktop applications and wireless/network solutions, and create printer mappings for clinical systems. The position involves managing user errors and requests through an IT/Facilities help desk ticketing system, documenting tasks, creating user documentation, and accurately tracking company assets. A key aspect of the role is to understand that IT's main function is to help others perform their jobs better, more efficiently, and more securely, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
