About The Position

This role involves working as a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing onsite technical support including desktop management troubleshooting and device support. The consultant will handle Windows environments printers networks and mobile devices ensuring smooth IT operations and end user satisfaction in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in desktop management
  • Server network and mobile device management
  • Troubleshooting skills on laptop desktop and mobile device management software
  • Printer and network troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications

  • Communication skills
  • PowerShell or any scripting knowledge
  • Knowledge on application packaging or image management using MDT
