Our client is engaging a contract Senior Level IT Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support for the Minneapolis office during a 6-month coverage gap created by the departure of the prior incumbent. The contractor will be the day-to-day onsite point of contact for end-user IT support in Minneapolis, handling the ServiceNow ticket queue, hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting, and onboarding/offboarding logistics, with technical escalation to the IT Operations team.
