Colorado Access is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to help shape their vision and support their mission. This role involves diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, assisting users with IT-related issues, and building, configuring, deploying, and maintaining computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other telecommunications equipment. The analyst will also troubleshoot unique problems with application software and operating systems, install and support various hardware and software, and create alternative methods to improve desktop team functions. Responsibilities include participating in hardware and software reviews, recommending purchases, maintaining software inventory, managing software licenses, and creating upgrade policies. The role also involves working with vendors, ensuring seamless desktop computer integration with diverse systems, documenting procedures, performing problem analysis for issue resolution, and escalating incidents when necessary. Accurate record-keeping in the IT service management system and creating support documentation/knowledge articles are also key. The analyst will follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide on-call after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
