This role involves providing hardware/software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix solutions. The technician will diagnose end-user system failures, implement repair solutions, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure PC connectivity. A key aspect of the role is explaining refresh processes to end-users and assisting with configuring and syncing refreshed computers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes diligently.
