Stefanini Group is looking for a Deskside Technician I for a globally recognized company! This role involves providing hardware/software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix solutions. The technician will diagnose end-user system failures, implement repair solutions, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure PC connectivity. A key aspect of the role is explaining refresh processes to end-users and assisting with the configuration and synchronization of refreshed computers. The position requires flexibility to handle various activities and changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Adherence to processes, documentation of work, task tracking, and performing QA activities are also essential.
