Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in deskside support, helpdesk, or technical support preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and device connectivity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a service-first mindset
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documenation

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices and standard applications
• Assist with account access, password resets, and general system navigation
• Support device imaging, deployment, and replacement for new and existing staff
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure performance and security
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, and documentation
• Document technical issues and solutions to strengthen team knowledge
• Support basic network connectivity including workstation setup and printers
• Collaborate with IT team members and departments to support events and initiatives
