Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX/UI Product Design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities in high-volume, transaction-heavy e-commerce environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and hands-on experience working within a mature and continuously evolving Design System.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design best practices.
  • Strong focus on both usability and execution quality, balancing methodological rigor with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted design workflows when appropriate, particularly for rapid prototyping and early-stage user journey validation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to navigate stakeholder feedback, identify underlying needs, and keep discussions focused on solving the right problems.
  • Good understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS) and the ability to recognize when developer involvement is required.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is an asset in our bilingual environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with or interest in video game and entertainment-related products is a significant advantage, although a passion for Product Design and excellence in craft remain the most important criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full UX/UI design lifecycle for e-commerce and platform experiences, from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity production, with occasional hands-on involvement all the way to implementation alongside developers.
  • Design and optimize purchasing journeys, checkout experiences, shopping cart systems, upsell mechanisms, as well as pledge and package offerings, with a strong focus on conversion and clarity.
  • Transform complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-centered solutions without compromising visual quality.
  • Work iteratively to deliver value quickly while ensuring the product remains scalable over the long term.
  • Actively participate in design reviews and cross-functional working sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Work within the Orion Design System, consistently applying design tokens and contributing to its evolution in collaboration with the Design System Specialist.
  • Ensure UX pattern consistency and maintain a high level of interface quality across all PLT digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with your product team, Product Managers, developers, and QA as a true partner throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Partner with the marketing team to understand business needs related to web campaigns and product launches.
