About The Position

Toll Brothers is seeking a Design Studio Consultant for its Design Studio in Bonita Springs, Florida. The consultant guides homebuyers through selections of included features and available personal choices, including options and upgrades, and helps sell upgrades. The role requires completing the process thoroughly and on time, following company policies and procedures, representing the company’s ethics and values, coordinating with other departments, completing paperwork accurately, and using department-specific technology.

Basic knowledge of homebuilding or construction techniques.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective buyers and homebuyers to explain the Design Studio, its procedures, and available products; assist with deposit tours as needed.
Deliver professional, well-articulated Design Studio tours with positive energy, including greeting visitors, presenting selected tour categories, and setup and cleanup.
Explain product information and home warranty specifics to buyers.
Meet deadlines for selection appointments and change requests.
Complete buyer selection paperwork accurately and by required deadlines.
Use the Toll Intranet to access product and builder information.
Use Pivotal software and Excel to enter home selections and options.
Coordinate with internal mortgage personnel as needed to confirm buyer affordability.
Send final authorization documents to buyers through DocuSign and process paperwork through SDW for internal business partners, as directed by the Consultant.
Prepare and verify final document packages for accuracy, then submit them to the construction team.
Process special requests with appropriate management approvals.
Answer phones as needed.
Provide status updates to the Design Studio Manager and share buyer feedback internally.
Maintain communication with Sales Consultants.
Participate in walkthroughs of merchandised models with sales, construction, and marketing personnel.
Make selections for Quick Move-In inventory homes as needed by communities.
Conduct field visits as needed to tour community models, Quick Move-In homes, and homes in production.
Attend trade partner education and training, internal training, and monthly and/or quarterly product knowledge meetings.
Stay current on home product trends and design styles and colors through vendor training, online research, and other sources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
