• Lead development and operational efforts for Retool's web presence
• Build performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions across retool.com, blog, community, docs, and more
• Partner closely with the design team to implement beautiful, groundbreaking web experiences of exceptional quality
• Own implementation of projects across all web touch points
• Collaborate on design approaches and communicate technical trade-offs
• Audit current tech stack and content management infrastructure
• Design a path forward that scales with aggressive goals and makes it easier for others to contribute
• Sweat the details and improve React animations, time to interactive, and build pipeline reliability
• Partner closely with design, marketing, and growth teams
