We provide qualified appointments with homeowners who have requested a consultation.

Requirements

Passionate about design and helping people.
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable learning technology and design software.
Available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience is preferred, especially in: In-home sales, Interior design, Kitchen & bath, Real estate, Furniture, Home improvement, Luxury retail.
Don't have closet design experience? That's okay—we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled design consultations.
Listen carefully to understand each client's needs, lifestyle, and vision.
Measure spaces and create custom closet, pantry, garage, home office, laundry, and storage solutions using our intuitive design software.
Present beautiful designs and pricing during the appointment.
Guide clients through the purchasing decision with confidence and professionalism.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation.
