About The Position

Closets by Design is expanding and adding two dependable individuals to our Production Team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company. We invest in training the right people and promote from within. If you show up, work hard, and want to improve your skills, you will do well here. This is hands-on work where attention to detail and consistency matter. We are looking for people who care about doing good work and being part of a team that delivers quality to our customers.

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills including fractions
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can learn quickly and follow instructions
• Is comfortable using tools and working with their hands

Nice To Haves

• Experience with woodworking tools or machinery is helpful but not required — we train the right people.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture custom closet and cabinet components
• Operate professional woodworking machinery and production equipment
• Assemble and finish high-quality custom products
• Learn our product lines and manufacturing process
