About The Position

Closet Factory is seeking a Design Consultant/Sales Associate for an in-home sales role. This position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, creative, and enjoy working with people. Designers will be responsible for designing, quoting, and closing projects that transform spaces such as closets, entertainment centers, and other living areas into attractive and functional environments. The role offers a flexible schedule, with the company providing qualified, preset appointments around the designer's availability. Closet Factory has been a leader in luxury closet systems for over 40 years and offers a wide range of custom space solutions.

Requirements

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Superior problem-solving ability.
2+ years sales experience.
Proficient working with computer programs.
Solid math skills.
Self-starter that can work independently.
Strong spacial planning ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
A personal Windows based laptop computer.
