About The Position

Closet Factory is seeking a Design Consultant/Sales Associate for an in-home sales role. This position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, creative, and enjoy working with people. Designers will have the flexibility to set their own schedules, with qualified preset appointments provided around their availability. Closet Factory has been a leader in luxury closet systems for over 40 years, offering custom solutions for spaces beyond closets, including entertainment centers. The role involves designing, quoting, and closing projects to transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces.

Requirements

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• 2+ years Sales Experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
• Proficient working with computer programs.
• Must possess solid math skills.
• Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
• Creative Thinker / able to Visualize.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be Customer Service Oriented
• A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
• A personal Windows based laptop computer.
