About The Position

Closet Factory is seeking a creative and outgoing Design Consultant/Sales Associate to join their team. This is an in-home sales position where you will meet clients in their homes to design, quote, and close on projects that transform spaces such as closets, entertainment centers, and other living areas. The company has been a provider of luxury closet systems for over 40 years and offers a flexible work schedule with preset appointments.

Requirements

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior problem-solving ability.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• Proficient working with computer programs.
• Must possess solid math skills.
• Self-starter that can work independently and thrive in a full commission environment.
• Strong spacial planning ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• A verifiable track record of sales goal achievement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
• A personal Windows based laptop computer.
