Design/Build Project Manager, Transportation
About The Position
Parsons is looking for a Design-Build Discipline Lead/Deputy Design Manager to join their team. This role offers numerous opportunities on projects across North America, with over 30 design-build projects currently underway in the US and over 50 pursuits. The position is located in the Mid-Central region, specifically Southern Illinois, and focuses on large-scale road, highway, and bridge projects. The role involves assisting with marketing and pursuit strategy, scope development and management, and commercial performance. Remote work options are available, but travel to job sites will be required. This position is part of the Critical Infrastructure team, which has been designing and delivering critical infrastructure for over 80 years, focusing on projects that improve communities, enhance mobility, and increase sustainability and resiliency.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- 12 + years of related work experience
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Design/Build experience
- Roadway or Bridge design experience
- Proven background of leading multidisciplinary teams on challenging, high-profile projects
