We're looking for an energetic, highly organized, and dependable Design Assistant/ Fit Model to become a valuable member of our Design team. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced fashion designers, participate in the product development process, and gain firsthand exposure to how apparel collections are created—from initial concept through production. You'll play two equally important roles: Our in-house Fit Model, helping our Design and Technical Design teams perfect the fit of garments before they reach production. A trusted operations assistant, providing day-to-day support that keeps our Design department organized, efficient, and moving forward. No prior fashion experience is required—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Participating in daily fit sessions for in-house designs
Reviewing production samples with Design and Technical Design teams
Fittings for showroom samples and market inspiration garments
Select buyer meetings requiring garment reviews and fit evaluations
Managing visitor access, building credentials, and office entry systems
Supporting PLM data organization, cleanup, and system integration
Helping organize design materials, fabrics, samples, and workspaces
Jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay productive in a fast-moving environment
