About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our growing Vermont practice, part of Four Seasons Dermatology. Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This full-time opportunity comes at an exciting time for the practice, as it continues to expand its team, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon. The role involves providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions, performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures. The provider will collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations and play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Active PA-C or NP licensure in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Prior experience in dermatology required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
  • A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of dermatology experience preferred.
  • A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
  • Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the practice's physicians and fellow Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
  • Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
