About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join their growing Vermont practice, Four Seasons Dermatology. This practice has been providing personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003. This is a full-time opportunity during an exciting period of expansion, including the recent addition of a new Mohs surgeon. The role involves providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, performing skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support. The dermatologist will collaborate with other physicians and Physician Assistants and play a key role in shaping patient care.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active Vermont medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
• Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
