About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking board-certified dermatologists, 2026 and 2027 dermatology residents, and Mohs surgeons to join its growing team in Gilroy, California. The group provides medical and cosmetic dermatology services and describes itself as the largest and fastest-growing group dermatology practice in the Northeast, with more than 170 offices across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and California. Its mission is to deliver the Ultimate Patient Experience and provide a great working environment for providers, support staff, and team members. The position offers a competitive compensation model, favorable payer contracts and competitive reimbursement structures, experienced medical leadership and support staff, access to leading dermatologists and the latest technologies and equipment, and advanced training programs and education. The stated compensation range is $500,000 or more, with a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive compensation packages may also include eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.
