About The Position
Optima Dermatology is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Dermatologist to join its new practice in Bangor, Maine. The role offers the opportunity to practice in a patient-first, physician-led environment alongside regional dermatology professionals. Physicians can focus on delivering exceptional care while practice support and centralized functions provide operational assistance, tools, support, and clinical autonomy. The practice offers a collaborative setting with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, and the Optima leadership team. Physicians will have access to analytics and monthly dashboards, an efficient EMR, a robust medical assistant staffing model, biologics coordination, on-site practice management, and back-office resources.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dermatologic care to patients.
- Work collaboratively with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, and the Optima leadership team.
- Help grow and build the dermatology group in the region.
