About The Position

New England Dermatology Associates is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join their well-established and patient-focused dermatology practice in Vernon, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist who is looking to practice high-quality medical, surgical, and general dermatology in a supportive environment with a strong referral base and an experienced clinical team. The practice focuses on personalized care for patients with a broad range of skin concerns, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, moles, warts, skin growths, and skin cancer screening and treatment. Located in Vernon, CT, New England Dermatology Associates is an established dermatology practice known for compassionate care, clinical professionalism, and long-standing relationships within the community. The team includes experienced dermatology providers who care for patients across medical, surgical, and skin cancer-related dermatology needs. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut.
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Interest in joining an established practice with a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical and surgical dermatology preferred; new graduates completing dermatology residency are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dermatology care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical and surgical dermatologic conditions.
  • Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures as appropriate.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and ongoing skin health.
  • Collaborate with fellow providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure an excellent patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with practice and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through high-quality care and patient-centered service.
