About The Position
Join a thriving private dermatology practice in beautiful coastal Groton, Connecticut, led by Dr. Robert Ecker. This established, full-scope medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology practice has a strong reputation in the community and a long waitlist of patients, creating an excellent opportunity for a full-time dermatologist to step into a busy, well-supported practice. The practice is affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, one of the nation’s largest independent dermatology groups, providing robust operational and back-office support so dermatologists can focus on high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical autonomy. We are seeking a full-time dermatologist to join this busy and growing Groton practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative private practice setting, and is interested in building a long-term presence within an established dermatology office.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

- Interest in medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for patients of all ages
- Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other office-based treatments
- Evaluate and manage a broad range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rashes, and skin cancer concerns
- Participate in cosmetic dermatology services based on experience and interest
- Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring providers, and the local community
