About The Position
New England Dermatology Associates is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join their well-established and patient-focused dermatology practice in Vernon, Connecticut. This is an excellent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist who is looking to practice high-quality medical, surgical, and general dermatology in a supportive environment with a strong referral base and an experienced clinical team. The practice focuses on personalized care for patients with a broad range of skin concerns, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, moles, warts, skin growths, and skin cancer screening and treatment. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Interest in joining an established practice with a collaborative team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medical and surgical dermatology preferred; new graduates completing dermatology residency are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dermatology care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical and surgical dermatologic conditions.
- Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures as appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and ongoing skin health.
- Collaborate with fellow providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with practice and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through high-quality care and patient-centered service.
