About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing organization in Bend, Oregon. The opportunity is expected to begin in Summer/Fall 2027.

Frontier Dermatology is a 100% physician-owned and physician-led practice, with a Medical Advisory Board shaping its policies and practices. Its hybrid practice model combines aspects of private practice and academics. Services include general and pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and clinical research. The organization offers teaching opportunities through ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, as well as academic appointments at the University of Washington.

Physicians collaborate through monthly Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and a HIPAA-compliant app for sharing clinical cases. The organization also has in-house CAP/CLIA-certified labs and a separate practice administration company, enabling physicians to focus on patient care.
