About The Position

Westminster Dermatology, a well-established community dermatology practice affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, is seeking a General Dermatologist for a fantastic opportunity to lead the practice and walk into full-time patient volume in Westminster, Maryland. The incoming physician can step into a busy schedule with an established patient base from day one while taking a meaningful leadership role in the practice’s next chapter. This opportunity combines general medical dermatology, strong patient demand, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative environment alongside four experienced Physician Assistants who are integral to the practice. The practice has a strong focus on medical dermatology, with care encompassing skin cancer, moles, skin growths, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, and other common dermatologic conditions. The practice describes its approach as compassionate, personalized, and focused on expert dermatologic care. With an established patient base, strong community demand, and a provider team that includes one Dermatologist and four PAs, the incoming physician can walk into full-time volume and lead from a strong clinical and operational foundation.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
• Passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive dermatologic care
• Comfortable treating a broad range of medical dermatology conditions
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Interested in building long-term relationships with patients and colleagues
• Entrepreneurial and growth-minded while valuing the benefits of an established practice
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Maryland
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Interested in aesthetic dermatology and willing to incorporate cosmetic services

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general medical dermatology to a diverse patient population
• Provide high-quality care for complex cases and treatment decisions
• Perform routine dermatologic procedures and skin cancer evaluations
• Lead the continued growth and clinical direction of Westminster Dermatology
• Incorporate cosmetic services, preferred but not required
