About The Position
This is a full-time opportunity for a BC/BE Dermatologist in the Olympia area of Washington. The position is with an established, physician-led private practice known for high-quality general dermatology, efficient workflows, and a supportive team culture. The practice serves patients across the South Puget Sound and is experiencing continued demand, necessitating the addition of a General Dermatologist. The role offers strong patient demand, a steady mix of general dermatology cases, and is supported by experienced physicians and a busy APP team. The practice emphasizes clear policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient care and provides a supportive ramp-up period.
Requirements
- MD strongly preferred; outstanding DO candidates considered.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist.
- Open to new graduates and 2027 Dermatology Residents.
- Values a patient-first approach, strong communication, and being part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Ties to the Olympia/South Puget Sound area are a plus (or a clear interest in building a long-term home there).
Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality general dermatology.
- Build a strong patient panel quickly.
- Provide general dermatology in a high-volume clinic with strong support.
- Manage a typical patient flow of 28-40 patients per day, varying based on procedures and preferred clinical mix.
- Collaborate with a dedicated MA support team aligned to the physician's schedule.
